Listing rules

Only licensed real estate brokerages registered with RERA can publish listings on this platform.

Trakheesi permit

Every listing must have a valid Trakheesi advertising permit issued to the listing agency, and the Madmoun QR code generated for that permit. One permit can be used for one listing only.

The price, property type, size and location in the listing must match the permit. A listing is removed automatically when its permit expires.

Content

Photos must show the actual property. Do not publish the same property twice, misleading prices, or contact details in photos or descriptions.

Moderation

Every new or edited listing is reviewed before publication. Listings that break these rules are rejected or removed.
